The GT DD Pro was created to be compatible with PlayStation consoles, both the PS4 and PS5. The below settings are our recommended force feedback settings for the Fanatec CSL DD and GT DD Pro in Assetto Corsa. Both of these wheel bases can be used in 5Nm and 8Nm modes, with the 8Nm option producing stronger force feedback.
Assetto Corsa automatically sets the proper steering angle for each car, so it is best to leave the rotation set to the maximum in the Thrustmaster Control Panel. Setting. Value. Rotation. 900° (TMX) 1080° (T150) Overall Strength of all forces. 100%. Constant. 100%.
Even the settings onbthe logitech software. On my g920 the wheel just didn't feel fast enough for drifting I was having to drag the wheel around and it made massive clunks. Nah the max speed of the motor just isn't fast enough to keep up with the sim I typically turn the max force pretty close to all the way off if I want to (fail at) drifting.

I currently have had the g29 for about 3 months and its starting to get a wobble. I basically only drift assetto corsa and throw the wheel around a lot. Thinking of just returning this under warranty and getting a different wheel setup. Whats the best sim drifting wheel that wont break the bank?

Edit: My steering wheel is also not correct with other cars, but with those I have no problem because it doesn't really feel unnatural, contrary to f1. SOLVED: When you are in Content Manager and you go to settings, assetto corsa, controls. Then you can see a collumn called 'Controllers' to the right.

Try adding more caster, start with 5-10%, add more if needed. Also increase front camber. None of the cars in the game currently have a fast enough steering ratio for drifting like this (too many rotations lock to lock). Try also leaving the ingame force weaker and add like 5-7% to 'Overall Effects Strength'.
And there's two more settings which can help your wheel. Open graphics.ini and put maximum_frame_latency=1 Open assetto_corsa.ini and put max_ff_rate_hz=500. I think the G27 can do more than the default 333hz. These files are found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg. Now about wheel settings for the G27 Bl1X.
