Hi, I have a GP 1.4 t-jet which has some vibration under load, best noticable in 3th and 4th great under full throttle. I think it's there from the moment that most of the torque is available, so around 2.5k till 3,5-4k rpm. With normal acceleration it's barely noticable, so isn't in 1th or 2nd gear.
